We can't even appeal that stupid yellow

Is that true?! I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was as the FA is run by muppets, but honestly... well, words fail me.

But can City at least expect a letter of apology for that wrong decision? Should be scanned and put on the website.

You've never been able to appeal a yellow as far as I know. I think on the basis of yesterday and the cup match against united we should go ape shit at the FA and make sure this arse doesn't ref us again this season. Otherwise you just know we will get him in the last couple of matches and he'll do us over again.

Foy should be be made to apologize for the Tevez penalty/dive booking.

That is an issue I have always had with how referees are not made to explain the decisions they give.
That was a shocker yesterday and I would love to hear his reasons as to why he gave what he gave.

Minor example - Mike fucking Jones yesterday goes over to the corner flag to inspect the position of the ball after howls from the fans and stood right over it, did a double check and was satisfied. Problem for this useless going-through-the-motions-twat was that the camera had zoomed in, and the ball was a good three inches outside the line. What did he see then?

It's a shit rule, but he was right. A small part of the ball was over the line so it was legitimate. The whole of the ball was not over the line.

Personally I think that it is a joke that you can allow a situation where you can see grass between the base of the ball and the line but it is still legit. But that's the rule, so he was right.

And if they change the rule then they'd have to do the same for deciding on when the ball has gone out of play. Which would make it a virtually impossible decision for refs and linesmen in open play.

Normally when a player blatantly dives the player who makes the challenge usually goes fucking mental yet yesterday no Norwich player batted an eyelid when tevez went down..

yet the ref went straight for his yellow card and booked Tevez..

But in all honesty I think the FA after the red card in FA cup on Vinny purposely didn't let Foy ref 1 of our games until the heat died down. Now we come to the Norwich game and with the stonewall pen, yellow card like quick draw fucking mcgraw, which was directly in 10 yards front of him, the FA will most likely say to him that you leave us with no choice except to remove you from games reffing MCFC.

And I am sure the top brass at Blues will be writing to FA to "indicate" sweetly that they are being done quite harshly by Foy twice now. Then again anything could happen as the FA are run by pissed up ex-tenpin bowling pros who've never kicked a ball in their lives.
