I don’t mind the Xmas markets but they are expensive, I normally try to buy the Xmas cakes laced with alcohol then I’m out of there.

Mulled wine has got to be one of the nastiest drinks invented.Not really my thing but always visit the one in Bolton for an hour or so.
They put up a big teepee with live acoustic music , glass of mulled wine to try and feel festive

Another good reason to steer clear of the dump that is now Manchester City centre. Have a small area for the market. No problem with that. But it just takes over the whole of the town. Cheap tat and overpriced crap food. Nope. Not for me.

Have you tried Aldi frozen currywurst? 2 for £3.50 and i like them.I think I’ve decided to try and make my own Currywurst this weekend with arrabiata sauce and the special sausages I have.
