I watched it on a now tv pass and city fans were loud and audiable throughout, plenty of chants clearly heard even the more fould mouthed.

I've not read the rest of the thread, but I think you're wrong. Listen to the Bernardo song - the 'Bernrado' is very loud, but when it gets to the rest of the lyrics, you can actually hear the sound drastically diminish to nothing. The mics are then turned up for the next 'Bernardo.' Whether they thought the song was explicit or not, I'm not sure, but it was definitely turned down.

Doesn't offend me either but it's the context and the double standards that gets me every time. It's a song they've sung for years that has never been spoken about by the media. Nothing surprises me with that lot.

Walking up Warwick Rd last night after the game and listening to them moaning about City fans being let out there was a particular favourite. The way GMP police the two different grounds is worlds apart. At the Etihad, they won't allow us to move the away fans anywhere because of the coach park at the back, yet at Old Trafford, away fans are expected to run the gauntlet as soon as they walk out of the place. Make you laugh when you see all their wannabe hooligans bouncing about behind the police.

Always the same outside our end before and after. Scummy mibs...us blues should Always stick together and look after each other. They don't like a big gang of us . Cowards always have been and always will. I hate pool but I hate these more.

Our EFL Cup away trips to Preston and the Rags have seen our best two atmospheres of the season.

Like others have said, the lack of nobodies littering and diluting our away support makes a huge difference.

Can’t help but feel City would be disappointed though as it’s a game they couldn’t make a load of money from their deals with those agencies or from corporates.

They’ve got three to five firms, that lot. Quite active n’all. The ICJ are still going, they have younger members now. Salford Reds tens to stick together. The Rats are another. As well as the MIB.

But I’ve seen us give United a fucking good hiding a few times when numbers are even. 2010 Semi at their place at White City and the 2011 Community Shield at Wembley.

When we stick together we aren’t to be messed with.

I was in a box opposite the city fans in the corner. Could hear the city fans great. The United singing section was an embarrassment. I know we are looking for a singing section but I thought it was a bit cringe when they still sang nursery rhymes as if they were all happy when getting twatted - all felt a bit odd. Quite simple we just need a big fuckoff end - with cheap tickets and a load of lads in it.
