I don’t mind it. Obviously I refer to us as ‘city’ when asked who I support, if it’s someone not familiar with football I’ll say Man City. It doesn’t trouble me that the club are using Man City as a brand. I’d rather it just say city but it is what it is!

It’s Coke and CocaCola, Bud and Budweiser, Man City and Manchester City. It’s the marketing people’s way of making us more cuddly and special. Apparently.

It does but this is another name some other people might like too. I prefer CITY but I’m not too arsed if they’re gonna put Man City on some things for a couple of seasons.
