By my reckoning we have 3 traditional away colours:
- Maroon
- Black and red
- White
- Maroon
- Black and red
- White
Looks like it was a white shirt put in with an orange towel at 60 deg C wash.Its that weird off white one with the dark orange collar, theres pics earlier in the thread. I think its a bit minging personally but then again I like the lightning shirt.

You are right! My mistake, the website I was working from started from 1950.Maroon was 1st worn in the 1934 cup final
