City’s New Kits

New kit…well anything that puts me in mind of Lorraine off 5 star can only be good.
Not many folk will get this:-)

Could someone DM with a link to a recommended seller for a few kits for the kids training sessions please. Hate them destroying the good ones after a few kick abouts. Thanks very much

I think it's a good concept for a kit, and the idea of putting the grey colours of Rain and bright colours of Shine together is nice and could mirror kits from the past like 01/02 away. But it just feels the bright yellow cheapens it, and the crest in a gradient is a poor choice. Not only is it pretty garish, you can't really see it that clearly? I also think the pattern is a bit too detailed and chaotic.
I would have preferred a dark green to the fizzy green-yellow or whatever it is, and also agree that the duotone gradient of the crest is far from ideal.

Can't help but think the reason that Puma are giving us this weird as fuck, shite kit, is because it'll be harder to produce decent fakes of it. No idea if that's true, just something I wondered.

Football shirts peaked in the late 80s and early 90s . So many memorable shirts form back then.
A lot of the Italian teams had rascal shirts and to be fair even a lot of English clubs did.

All of them? Our treble home shirt? Port Vale's home shirt next season? Argentina's new home shirt?
I think that Treble shirt was one of our best ever, if not THE best.

Watching us last night, I know the shorts and socks were black, but I kind of imagined they were a very dark blue or navy .... either way it looked almost like an early 70's Admiral Kit, like that 74' rarely worn 3rd strip.

We kinda looked and played like an early 70's Brazilian side, and I loved it.

I thought they were navy blue.

Edit - they were definitely navy blue.
