I have let's say 2 close relatives who started this season working behind the counters. They had a total of
2 bloody hours training the week before the Chelsea game. One had only 2 out of 5 tills working, and no card machine
Working. On another counter , no curry, gravy. and all the chips under cooked and no one even bothered
to plug the coolers in.
So just take a minute and don't give the poor kids a mouth full its not there fault. they are on minimum wage
with piss poor training trying there best, oh and they even have to stay 90 mins after game without pay until all
the tills are talled up. Treated like shit for £30 a game and there 3 hours before kick off.
And if anyone says otherwise, there full of shit. Fact !!!
Agree with this , short term thinking on behalf of the franchisee . What they should do is pay them say £10 or £12 an hour so that they are highly motivated and work their asses of for the short period they work , would not cost that must extra and would be more than made up for with the extra beer and food sold , also would increase the chances of the staff returning and giving a better service as they learn instead of new faces each week .
