City Announces Global Partnership with Viagogo

That's bollocks. with a 61000 capacity there is room for most regular City fans and room for tourists.Tourist aren't twats, i'd say most City fans have been football tourists at times. and if the atmosphere is shit blame 50,000 city fans not the few tourist. Whenever I go tourists seem to join in more than a fair few of the miserable S'/C holders sat around me.
Not at the ticket prices City want. We're not selling out our last few home games with a 53,000 capacity, never mind a 62,000 capacity.

As for the atmosphere. It's no coincidence the atmosphere has got worse as more and more season tickets have been turned into expensive match day tickets, and legacy fans have been priced out more, with more tourists taking their place.

Let me remind you.

Haaland scores a penalty against Real Madrid in the CL QF at the Etihad. He runs over to the corner flag. Whilst SSL1 is going mad and celebrating, ESL1 adjacent is pretty much full of tourists standing up and filming Haaland, and not celebrating his penalty. There is a brilliant picture showing that. I'll try and find it.

Just to be clear. I have nothing against tourists. It's not their fault the Directors are prioritising them over legacy City fans because they spend more money.

What ever.

Bollocks

Remember the charity shield game a few years ago when the majority of our regular fans boycotted it in protest? It sold out still but the atmosphere was so bad the players commented on it and were constantly trying to gee the crowd up. That will be the future if we're not careful.
That will be the future of our football club and stadium.

Absolute nobodies who just sit and spectate, tutting and moaning when people sing, shout or stand up. Fans of the opposition, fans of opposition players, random football fans with no particular link to anyone, random event tourists with no particular link to football full stop. Just anyone who’ll pay top dollar. 9 ticket tout companies with an ever increasing number of tickets at hundreds of pounds each.

It’s what the club wants. It’s what the club thinks it needs to keep up with Utd, Lpool and the London clubs. They think they need the Arsenal Community Shield attendees across the stadium, they don’t need us, they don’t want us. Almost everything they do tells us that.

Big Mal seen it coming before everyone:)
Big Mal knew the end was near and made a trip to the Etihad one midweek (during Peter Reid’s era). The security didn’t have a clue who he was but the physio went out to see who the old boy was and instantly recognised him from their time together at City.

Even with Dementia, Big Mal wouod have realised we needed to expand our fanbase. He would have stuck the Vs up to Vianogo though.

Have a word with Uncle Kev then and get him out with the others

Do you talk to your customers?
Do you listen to your customers?

Tourists aren’t twats but they aren’t City fans. I don’t want them anywhere near the Etihad and if that makes me a ****, I’m a ****.

That’s working well I see.

I hardly know Kevin Parker. What I don’t like is bullying so when I see pile ons just because somebody is in the OSC or sometimes another minority group, I tend to stick up for them.

I’ve told this analogy before but when I read about, for example, people being attacked at the match due to mistaken identify, it takes me back to the late 70s and 80s in Manchester schools. The bullies would probably beat up the Asian kids but run a mile from doing so to the black kids whose cousins would probably turn up and give them a good hiding.

Another soft sign that the club aren't expecting a significant outcome from the charges? No need for Viagogo to rush into an announcement if they were worried our name was about to become mud. They'd just wait until the outcome of the hearing, like the new signings and Haaland...
Oh yeah Viagogo have a massive reputation to protect!

A lot of them are twats. Non-City supporting twats who need to fuck off permanently from our stadium and never be seen again.

After the Liverpool game the lad who sits behind me told me it’d be best if I just went home, because the place was full of twats and I was losing my cool.

Loads of them with the red Lpool half of their ‘friendship scarves’ (yes, that’s the real name of what we call half’n’half half scarves) on show taking photos with the Lpool away end in the background of their photo.

They were everywhere.

Two were walking down my row towards the away end and I didn’t move for them and I called them Scouse cunts. They claimed they weren’t Scousers yet I could see them taking photos in front of the Lpool away end on my way out.
Another was filming the Lpool away end as he was leaving the stadium, I shouted ‘what are you filming them for you Scouse ****’ at him n’all and he started claiming he wasn’t and said ‘your fans shush no sound their fans sing so I film’ in some broken English.

Twats. Pretending not to be Lpool fans, twats. Not interested in City, twats.

Do you run a business?
No.
But if I did, my customers would be my first priority.

I work in retail.
The company I work for have a saying.
'Go the extra mile for the customer'.
I do, and always have done.

I'll give you one example of a company that looks after it's customers.
Octopus Energy.
They answer calls almost straightaway.(unlike our ticket office)
The staff are always polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and sort out any issues.
They are brilliant.
For that alone I won't switch to another energy company, even though Octopus offer great energy deals.

For me customer service and the way I'm treated is very important.
