City Announces Global Partnership with Viagogo

Before this announcement we already had eight official ticket reseller partners. What do Viagogo bring to the table that the others can’t and will this mean we can reduce the number of partners in this sector. If I was one of the eight I would be asking why does this company generate an announcement when to the best of my knowledge the others didn’t. Are they receiving something the others aren’t?

It could be Viagra-Go have a great presence in the touting, sorry, secondary ticketing and hospitality market places, and could shift tickets others would be stuck with.

As for the atmosphere. It's no coincidence the atmosphere has got worse as more and more season tickets have been turned into expensive match day tickets, and legacy fans have been priced out more, with more tourists taking their place.

Let me remind you.

Haaland scores a penalty against Real Madrid in the CL QF at the Etihad. He runs over to the corner flag. Whilst SSL1 is going mad and celebrating, ESL1 adjacent is pretty much full of tourists standing up and filming Haaland, and not celebrating his penalty. There is a brilliant picture showing that. I'll try and find it.

Just to be clear. I have nothing against tourists. It's not their fault the Directors are prioritising them over legacy City fans because they spend more money.

What about the majority in the south stand who don't sing, loads around me all regulars don't sing, its absolute bollocks blaming tourists, if half the ground sang all game it would be rocking !!!
 
I had the misfortune of accidentally using these pricks once. Ended up paying twice the normal price for a show that was still on general sale. If I remember rightly, a bunch of charges were added on the final screen in a way that I didn't notice until I'd done all the bank details, like a proper old-school airline website, and then got some tickets with someone else's name on it that clearly said 'non-transferrable' on them. I got in, but they could have refused me.

I've sat in Block 211 level two since moving to the Etihad. If the club decide to move me then they get their wish I won't be renewing.
 
I went to the New York Knicks last week on holiday and paid $156 per seat in tier 2. I asked the guy next to me how much he pays for a season ticket and he pays $3500 for 11 games which is a quarter of their season at home

$20 per beer too, that’s what we will soon become too

How do you accidentally use a ticket site for a event that was on general sale
