I was at the Mansfield game Sat in the Maine stand but for Me I hated the second season under Pearce.

I went to the 4-0 Liverpool game on the Wednesday. Thought we played better second half so naively went back on the saturday thinking we would get a draw. 6-0 and was chased across Stanley park by margi Clare's love child with a pen knife!! Had better days.

Me to, went to both, pissed up both times and both times got chased, they weren't the days :)

After beating Munich midweek I couldn't help thinking about my low points watching City & came up with these I was at.

Halifax 1980 FA Cup defeat
York away defeat,and fuck off I was there!
Mansfield home defeat,freight bollox trophy,3000 in ground
Oxford home late 90s,lost 2 0,Kevin Francis looked like Maradona and they sang we're bust but we're beating you.

I think those 4 take some beating but I'm throwing down the gauntlet.....

agree with Halifax but add Shrewsbury six years earlier
derby county away, 6-0, Colin Hendry had just signed
Luton 83

Shrewsbury was the season before Halifax.
We signed Hendry after (and because of) Derby.

Luton for me, other relegations were bad, but I became immune to them after a while....

Yes all the times mentioned were very bad, but irrespective of the relativity of it all, at no time as a city fan have I felt as distraught as I did at this time.
