I think you missed that the FA did look at the Fabregas slap but at least one of their "former elite referees" decided it wasn't violent conduct. Possibly the same ones who got Aguero charged with VC for his "brutality" (the flying elbow).

The kind of look that resembles mine when I visit Salford Quays and look lovingly across the docks to The Swamp. In other words, no look at all. It's called going through the motions. No doubt they will 'look' at the Rojo tackles and recruit an independent panel from Henshaws.
