They sent an email out a few weeks ago ( it's a few posts back) saying that work was to start on this project w/c 25th May - I don't know if you know the story behind these discs and the 2 years and more of fobbing off its customers that City has been responsible for. They have had ample time to do office based work.

I think he means establishing a site compound not drawing up plans as such.

Perhaps a name change from City Circle, to City Rectangle?

Just checked, and the last communication I personally received was on the 16th of May 2014, - announcing that they were starting CC in August 2014...
