City could move for Keane - Express

As someone who watched him play for Ireland at every home game I can confirm that he is total bollox!! Someone suggested earlier that Berbatov made him look good and that is spot on. Cant stand the little toerag and dont think he'd improve us at all. I have no idea what the hype is surrounding him at all. His bird is fit though!

Cant post a picture but:

Am I the only one who wouldn't be able to stand his daft celebration?

No you are not!!!!

Seems pretty obvious Hughes wants someone who can hold the ball up (Santa Cruz) and IMO will still play one striker (Bellamy will play behind with Rob/Swp etc) .......that is why IMO a bid for Keane is 'paper bollox!

City 'could' move for Keane.

Wow, way to write an article.

St Mirren could move for Kaka. Heard it here first.

Why ever not?

New stadium and a marquee signing to celebrate.

Hell yeah, we'd only have to sell Love St 7 times over to be able to pay for him. Um and then twice a year again to pay his wages.

Completely viable, Gus Macpherson is weighing up a move.

And we have a previous history of targetting Brazilian superstars, we almost signed Ronaldinho on loan last time we were in the SPL, was only held up by red tape, he was willing to come (i shit you not, true story).

This would be our best signing so far this window without shadow of a doubt

Why's he not getting a regular start at Liverpool then?

I'd rather have Crouch - he's a City fan as well.

No he isn't, he's a Chelsea fan

Well he supports 2 teams then cos I saw an interview with him last year on Sky Sports where he said that he and the whole of his family supported Manchester City - from the horses mouth. He said that his childhood memories were going to Maine Road supporting City.

I thought I'd heard him say this too . Nevertheless he seems to speak with a SE accent, and there's no rule that says he can't have affections for 2 teams.

Is it not a bit of a red herring , all this shit?

a) he either fits the bill or does not.

b) he either wants to play for us or does not.
