City extend their partnership with Puma to 2034/2035

Is 100M really good for 10 years? I mean how it’s going it could easily be 120M a year in 5 years.

This current Puma deal still had time to run and was updated in accordance with new expectations.

Also keep in mind that Liverpool’s brand new Adidas deal is £60m a year by comparison and it seems clear £100m will be a lot even 5 years from now.

No one knows the exact financial details unless they have seen the contract, but there are likely to be overages and indexation.

I think they underestimate the size of our fanbase, but irrespective of that, do they think sponsors only want to raise awareness with fans of that club? Do they think Etihad just want City fans on board?

Thick as fck.
Even if they had as many as they pretend - Would you rather one American fan who buys an official shirt or one hundred from India or china who buy fxxk all official merchandise.

The name “Puma” was inspired by Rudolf’s nickname, “Rudi,” and his love for the graceful and powerful qualities of the puma, a big cat known for its agility and strength. Latin it's not. It is Quechua for the Andes dwelling big feline.

And, definitely it is not pewma; not in Quechua, nor Spanish from where the rest of the world took notice, not even in German...

Liverpool’s deal with Adidas is different than ours, or the rags, as they opted to take a smaller up front amount and a larger percentage of the sales of course this is never mentioned in articles when they compare ours with their's

I find it amusing that the fans of American owned clubs use the biggest American sports cheat in history to say we cheat

The boss in my office, a massive Rag, just came out of his office there into the main open plan office.
Was talking to fellow rags about Rashford and a few United related things, went on to talk about Liverpools spending and then said whats the hold up with this City investigation.
Then went on to say "Did you see what they did last week? They've paid themselves £1bn to sponsor their own shirts."

The whole of the office were lapping it up.

Daft ****
