Someone let one off about 10' away from me at the parade. Could barely breathe and could taste smoke for ages afterwards and that was on Deansgate. Wouldn't like to be near one in a stadium.

Then again, I'd have any adult who vapes, leaving clouds of fucking raspberry smoke everywhere, banned as well. Not sure where from, but potentially anywhere public.
