Received a suspended nine month sentence for grievous bodily harm in 2014 and is being accused of intentionally trying to use the victim’s defencelessness in order to kill him.

Accusing the three of deliberately being in the vicinity of the away end near the end of the game to look for and cause trouble.

The German police are on the ball , arrested and charged , Murkyside Police did offer their help , they have specialist CCTV operators (you can identify them they are the ones with the white sticks) but the Polizei turned down their request.
