City fans arrested after Sunderland game :(

SHAMEFUL AND INEXCUSABLE-

I cannot believe what I'm reading here - excusing; theft's and assaults, as though its a badge of merit, and belittling decent folks for saying so on this site.
Theft is theft however you look at it and this reflects badly on us all in City shirts.
I'm gobsmacked and its a sad reflection on the world we now live in.

The crass thing is some don't seem to be able to see how WRONG and not funny or clever it is, but cowardly and moronic and tarnishes us all........pathetic.

They got caught bang to rights and were punished, serves them right.

Ok, I'm sure many of us have shoplifted the odd bar of chocolate in our youth or done some jolly jape as a drunken laugh, I should know, but for grown "adults" to behave in this way is disgraceful in my opinion. Not on at all, mob mentality rules again, no excuses I'm afraid, and their mates defending them should know better.

If your a football fan attending a game you're reperesenting your team, and any stupid behaviour reflects badly on MCFC. If I worked for the club I'd ban anyone convicted/cautioned/fined/aprehended with anything connected to gametime, home or away.

Sadly the paltry fine is hardly punishment enough, the lads involved are probably laughing about it now with their mates thinking they're "well cool innit?" I'm quite liberal minded about a lot of things, but for petty crime and vandalism and repeated behaviour I say bring back the stocks in town centres, name and shame.

seems some people can't see beyond the end of their noses or the bottom of their pint pots. Does anyone think Sheik Mansour would look at publicity like this and brush it off as just "a bit of fun", certainly not. our owner is an honourable man with high moral standards, and if he thought these were being compromised by mindless morons who think they can do what they feel like "cos its a laugh and shit happens" how long will he stick around to watch? we could of course go back to the "good old days" when the club didn't have a pot to piss in, brought in free or shit players and never had ambitions of being amongst the elite of world football...at least that way no one will give a shit if the fans behave like highwaymen

I hope this post is a joke.

Someone nicked a bottle of beer and the our owner is gonna sell the club. Lord have mercy on us all!

Like fuck it is.

Harsh is people nicking stuff when you are trying to earn a living. Arseholes.

Well put. Remember these pricks probably dont have jobs and commitments etc. Thats how they function, unfortunately there will be a small breed that follow every club, but as we have a lot of nagative press about us these days, this is just more fuel to the fire, get rid, fuck off, your not wanted. And for those sticking up for you, your even worse.

Not for the first time on here Richard, you're getting a tad carried away. Put the pitchfork down and listen a moment.

Everyone on the coach was arrested, including people asleep on the coach as events unfolded.

Two sides to every story so step away from the Daily Mail and have a sherry.

The thing I don't understand is people coked off their tits at the football?

Not really arsed about the rest, wasn't me, not that bothered!!

Bunch of low life scrotes - I hate people like them.

It's ok to steal from people is it? A bit of a laugh? Just lads having a bit of fun? Just a bit of coke - no harm is it?

Go get fucked.

May I also avail myself of your kind offer? Do help yourself to the petit fours and fruity bons bons. There's a most pleasant soiree developing on here tonight, well done all.

It seem sto me there were 32 innocent victims besisdes the shop staff .36 on the coach 4 people charged .32 totally inocent supporters arested or detained for a period of time & released without charge & probably without an apoligy

them lads are quality, never stop cheering for the team ..they will be at 99percent of games this year...so if they have a chaotic moment in a shop ..thats life
And if someone had a "chaotic moment" and burgled your place... ?

I have many chaotic moments but they generally involve eating corn plasters in error or ironing the cat and finding my shirt in her litter tray. I steer clear of Coke and Pepsi for fear the caffeine content may cause me to act giddily at my wine merchants and I would advise these ne'er do wells to use me as a role model.

dont care if its 1 bottle of beer or a lorry load, its still THEFT, its wrong and it tarnishes the name of the club abd the fans I support. I have been on MANY MANY away trips on coaches, and we have all managed to make it all the way back to Manchester without stealing things, even after a few drinks, its really rather easy when you know the difference between right and wrong. lets just turn a blind eye and eh, and pretend it doesnt matter, its just lads having a laugh, and then sit and wonder where it all went wrong!
