City fans at Liverpool

Being a man city fan from inverness it is hard to get to manchester every week, but go to inverness caledonian thistle games alot more, this sectarian abuse is heard of every time inverness go to ibrox or rangers come up here, and it is disgusting, not only the fans singing the songs at the games but there attitudes towards anything remotely related to celtic catholics or ireland and it is disgusting but up here it is accepted now because of the sheer amount of people singing the songs so my advice is get it stopped asap because it will only get worse as it has up here

Theres two of us! Yeah we get a lot of it up here in Scotland.

Was anyone in the Arkles before the game. Some lads pushed a table over with a load of empty glasses on. The minority spoiled it again, it was a good sing along then some lads have to take it too far. In general though city fans were fantastic its just a shame a small minority spoil it for every one else

Sectarian chants is probably the thing in footabll that I hate most. I hear it non fucking stop up hear and the last thing I need is for City to go back to that pish. Its 2009 FFS religion has no place in football.

It's got nothing to do with religion. nationalism, and a few squaddies / Orange Order blues. There's always been a few. A pity that a few Blues take up the No Surrender song when it gets sung, but haven't heard it at home for some time.

Part of football I am afraid - just like the racism. I avoid travelling on the trains to watch City away as that's when you get it, and you can't get away from them
