City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

SS3 Cheap ST were offered to ST holders first. No wonder they are often sparsely populated. These seats were ideal for those paying more
In other parts of the ground who couldn’t go to all the games. £299. £15 a game. People can’t be arsed reselling at those prices. Even if you miss 9 games it still only works out at £30 a game.
We moved to SS3 for the very reason that we were going to be priced out of where we sat. We didn't look at the £299 ones though, we went as close to the front as we could for the £380 price, and I wouldn't swap my seat now for anywhere in the stadium. I don't miss any home league or CL/FA cup game unless I can't get out of a shift at work (rare as I write the shift roster). To have the view I have now, for the price I pay, is fantastic value for money for the football I watch, and its rare there any empty seats around us (there were about 6 this weekend though on the row in front). Even if I can't go, I always try and get someone in my seat, even if its only for a few quid.

I thinks it’s less populated at the back and the number of people who miss 10 mins either side of HT for a pint is high too.

We moved there due to pricing, thinking that 231 was going to become corporate (we got a letter warning us) but then they didn’t do it and still haven’t as far as I know.

I normally stand in SSL. And to be honest most of the fans in there stay till the end.

I was up in SS3 against Fulham.

Around about the 80th minute a fire drill started.

Even Mr Banks walked out.

Think you should bookmark this.

It’s years away, but it will happen.

If you think getting away from the Etihad is bad now, think what it will be like when the NS is expanded, and the wider Etihad Campus is developed. Students, tourists, day trippers, locals going to the leisure destination, possible hotel, conference, arena, etc.

Unless City and MCC design and implement a course mprehensive transport strategy into the proposals, it will be absolute gridlock, and much worse than it is now.

Saying that Tunnel Club was it even half full? and the corporate area 2nd tier above? they were mainly the empty seat areas in view from us.

still no one has sat in the 3 seats next to me in the cheap seat SS3 and 3 seats on the row in front and 2 just along my row. there loads dotted around at the back.
That is particularly annoying mate, I sit 2 rows in front of my son because I can never get two together. SS3 every summer same result.

The empty seats might have been bought by rags who will turn up for the Derby

Well it so happens that 93:20 seats are on sale for all our home games on Viagogo. However! if you go to sell a seat yourself (to test this) no matches come available.
So who exactly are selling these seats.....

Basically someone personally can't be doing this.....

Have viagogo bought up a load of seats in 93:20 to sell themselves? through the affiliation they had with us the other season. And they will just sell them to the highest bidder, they don't care.
Explains the empty seats for lesser cat games and they will still make a profit selling top 6 matches are the inflated prices.
Somethings not right about it.....

Totally agree, the trip home at times is a complete nightmare as it is. I think that accounts for the early leavers.
