Some right mard arses on here, people come to the game and can choose to leave when they please, just as people can choose to stay until they please, it's like a badge of honour oooh I stay until the end every week, but think of last few months, shitty train strikes, so some people have no choice but to leave early or face not getting home

As fans we need to show a tad more passion and not be customers, this early exodus wouldn't be seen at the swamp or anfield if they were playing football like we are, IMO.

No, he was critical of people who didn’t go to games who criticised early leavers, rather than posters who held that view more generally. I don’t think someone who doesn’t go to games has the right to criticise those that do, or the way those that attend conduct themselves. It’s the same with united fans, who’ve never been to old trafford, talking about empty seats at the Etihad. Have they any idea how ridiculous they sound?

There’s a clear distinction identified by @Ric and one I wholly agree with him on.

Thought it was awful today. Soon as that free kick from Sane went over it was fire drill time. Glad a lot missed the 6th goal serves them right. Funny amount of people who need to rush home on a Sunday evening. Doubt many will be doing it next week!!!
