City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

City need to install slides for our upper tiers.
Lower tiers need a travelator like at the airport, and speed people up after full time.

It's bad. It has been for years. Players don't need clapping off after 90 minutes, right?

The slides should be exclusively for early leavers. They can avoid the long long trek from the 3rd tier to the exit gate and hasten their departures by sliding at full speed into a pool of piss produced by our HT drinkers

They beat the traffic and the empty seat hating lager supping superfans get urine based revenge on them

Everyone’s a winner !!

Buy a beer token and get served almost instantly. I don’t miss a second of the match and get a half time pint.
and which beer token is this then? because you can't get these in the Family Stand (where I'm forced to after the opening of Kits Bar wiped out ALL our F&B outlets behind 201)

Leeds were 1-2 up against Sunderland. With 10 minutes to go 1000’s of Sunderland fans were steaming out of the Stadium of Light. The Leeds fans were chanting is there a fire drill? 8 minutes into extra time, with 10,000’s of empty seats all over the Stadium of Light, Sunderland equalised via an absolute howler from the Leeds keeper. Fans leaving early isn’t only happening at City.

Had to laugh at all those who left 15 minutes early on Sunday. They missed the best celebration of the season so far but at least they got home a bit early. Yeah ok.
It’s easy to laugh but kick off times do not favour fans, especially those who travel a long way to follow our team & thus, many fans have to leave their seats early to get out of the ground so they can catch various forms of public transport.

I see many long term fans who are probably not as fit as you & they can only walk slowly back to the bus stop or tram stop.

Perhaps it would be good to praise them for still making the effort to support our team instead of mocking them.

Yes, I know that doesn’t include all the fans you see leaving but I can assure you, it does account for many I see.

I did enjoy the celebration though :-)

Reminds me of when we played Liverpool at 12.30 on a Saturday a few years ago.

1-1 against our biggest rivals. (the two best teams to play in the Premier League). 15 minutes to go and we might still win. However, literally hundreds in SS3 remember they need to get home 30 minutes earlier than they might do.

It’s amazing what fans who have waited all week for a game, suddenly remember they’d rather do at 2.30 pm on a Saturday afternoon.

It’s nothing new. I remember the ‘snake’ from the Platt Lane in the ‘70’s. Used to start at 70 minutes. They missed Dave Watson’s bullet header against Ipswich!
