Quite true I did openly encourage a lot af Dutch fans to come and watch City. Although there were a hand full going before I met them namely Angelo who had big links with the Feyenoord and their "crew". Also alot of links with Antwerp.
The guy started going early nineties, met a bird from Maccelsfield and she took him to a City game when we as a club were at our lowest point and he just felt the City love and the humour of our support come win, lose or draw. This guy got the City crest tattooed across the whole of his back Feyenoord and City through and through.
Nowadays it's Michel who has the bigger connection with the City faithful and quite a few go to City games on a regular basis. Alot of them sporting city tattoos.

Ive known angelo and michel for quite along time now maybe 15 years or so , and yes top blues so are all the lads they bring from feyenoord dennis and paddy etc... they do have a connection with lads from antwerp ( bjorn , wacko , gorba , bart ) and they also attend city games from time to time . Theres been friends from lokeren , racing mechelen, anderlecht and beerschott from time to time also. Been over to both feyenoord & antwerp games with numerous blues, been made very welcome at both grounds great supporters. Top weekends can highly recommend them ......!
Ian used to run the Dutch MCFC supporters branch at the end of the 90s, and as he was based in Dordrecht he came into contact with many Feyenoord fans. Feyenoord fans used to accompany Ian on some of his trips to the UK to watch City.
City supporters used to watch games at The Boozer in Dordrecht with the local Feyenoord taking an interest with City as their second team.
