None of this makes sense to me for several reasons. The main one being we are a financial juggernaut now so even if FFP isn't being relaxed for us, we should be able to spend a lot if sanctions are lifted.

He claims he rang City this afternoon and they told him their spending plans for this season and distanced themselves from our chairman's comments about spending on top players. Seriously.
