City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

Well don't bloody tell him, I'm looking forward to the meltdown when the accounts are released.
Aah yes , but then we'll just get the thinly veiled implication that all the money quite clearly comes from the sheik's buddies and from companies owned by the sheik or any given member of his family.
The result of independent , and indeed uefas own auditors will not stop the nudging and winking - this is their fallback position , until of course the sheik gets bored.

Of course. I can't wait to see them stamp their feet.

They just repeat the same tired old bullshit about dodgy sponsorships and selling tickets to non existent fans. There are a few who are waking up, but with the continuing global expansion of the CFG we have stolen a march on everyone. In ten years time all those "massive" jibes will haunt them. I only hope that we as a fan base never forget the shit we had to put up with to get there, and never pass up an opportunity to ram it down their fucking throats,

My favourite retort at the moment...

But, but... you said we were a MASSIVE club.
We didn't believe you, but fair dos - you were right!

There's no sponsorship as dodgy as the rags' Chevrolet deal. Here's a company propped up by the US taxpayer pumping millions of dollars into the rags and the executive who signed the deal was fired for exceeding his authority as soon as the board found out about it. As for selling tickets to non-existent fans how do the rags square the club claiming full houses for cup games when a fair proportion of their 55,000 season card holders forced to buy tickets don't bother to turn up?

I love you.

This is similar to what I do and it fuckin kills them! I've reclaimed a word from the English language (not that the massive jibes ever bothered me anyway) and use it frequently and always have and the bastards hate it as it takes all the fun of the piss take out of it from their perspective.

They thought their superiority over us would last forever and now all they're left with is they've won more trophies than we have and their ground's bigger..... Like I'm arsed. :-)
