City & FFP | 2020/21 Accounts released | Revenues of £569.8m, £2.4m profit (p 2395)

The current rag mantra, to reflect them being in total denial, is that City have 'fake' sponsorships and that (bizarrely even by desperate, bitter, deluded rag standards) Sheikh Mansour buys up half the match tickets to show full houses when the Etihad is really half empty every game.

Considering that the Chevrolet deal was totally bent (with the executive who signed the deal immediately fired for exceeding his authority when the board found out about it) and that the rags have already been outed by the GMP for inflating 'official' attendances this is rag irony failure and extreme fuckwittery at its best.

This one's a cracker..

"Watching football on streams is lets be honest shit for the most part, i would rather watch the majority of matches in comfort on TV by just changing the channel instead of having to trawl the internet for shitty pixelated streams"

No notion whatsoever about actually going to the match - PMSL

I like the one who thinks it would reduce football to a farce if certain newly wealthy clubs could win "10 titles in arow" without anyone being able to challenge them- obviously forgetting the 13 titles in 22 years , all the FA cups, league cups and CLs they hoovered up, without anyone being able to challenge them!!!( except of course for arse - benefitting from Fiszman's dosh, and Blackburn, who were happily spending Walker's cash.)- two "sugar daddy" clubs who were the only ones in any position to take the title off them. Without them , the rags would have won every premier league title until another "sugar daddy", in the shape of Abramovitch came along to break their monopoly again. No chance of football being a farce in the good old days then!
After that , he tells us how the scum never inflated players' wages - rather conveniently forgetting the "Rooney" word!

The romanticism that surrounds Blackburns triumph is hilarious, but rest assured, if they had been considered as a long term threat to the establishment the knives would've been out. The media also love the Bournemouth story, even though they would've failed FFP miserably had they been under scrutiny. They've bought their way through the divisions with 4 figure attendances in true sugar daddy style, completely under the radar..

And isn't their Sugar Daddy a City fan?

I stopped a rag in his tracks in the pub the other night when he was trying to give me shit about our Owners investment. I asked him if he had heard of a certain James Gibson the man who saved united. Now this 30 year rag fan who I don't even think has ever been to the Swamp, he hadn't a clue, so I made him look it up on his phone, what a picture his face was as he read the article, utterly speechless, it really was funny as!!

Glasshouses and stones spring to mind with that shower of shite, most of them think football only started in 1992 or whatever the year was when the Premier League started.

Wankers the lot of em!! I'm loving their pain it's absolutely wonderful.

One of the most beautiful ironies of those muppets on Rag Cafe spouting their ill-informed bitter bile is that while most fanbases don't have a say in who owns their club, those thick twats are actually partly responsible for the Glazers gaining overall ownership of United.

While Baconface's spat over the Rock Of Gibraltar set the wheels in motion, the vile protests from the ridiculously named Manchester Education Committee also helped make up the Coolmore Mafia's decision to flog their shares to the Glazers - arguably the most hilarious case in football history of "being careful what you wish for", so far from coming out with the same old hackneyed cliches about the fastest growing club in world football, the bitter cunts on Rag Cafe would be better off focusing their energies on thanking their own for the mess they find themselves in today.

I seem to remember earlier on this thread some discussion regarding the Sheik buying into Manchester Airport, has anyone got any solid info on this ?

The reason i ask is that a friend of a friend who works at Stanstead Airport has heard rumours he is trying to buy into that aiport as well as Manchester.
