It's pointless arguing wit you, because it's obvious you really don't understand and you come from it from a United agenda

I have no agenda here, I personally think it's embarrassing they're willing to charge clubs this amount for FFP yet refuse to take this strong of a stance for racism charges.

All I'm saying is people talking about boycotting the Champions League, or suing UEFA for losses if they're barred are being absent minded from the fact that UEFA can choose to exclude City from CL and face zero repercussions.

No. As has been previously stated, the Champions League is not an invite-only competition and is subject to EU employment law, rendering your entire point obsolete.

They know damn well we won't accept this, so why have they pushed us this far knowing it will end in court ?

Twattini hubris is the explanation. He is Napoleon reincarnated.

Appreciate the principle, but the reality is our owner is required to pay a £50 mil fine which does not count to future FFP calculations. You think he's that arsed? Seriously?

Its the chumps league squad restriction that they will take more seriously and is a major problem.
At a pinch, I suspect we'd reluctantly accept a fine if that was the only sanction and didn't impact on our accounts for FFP purposes. I'm pretty confident we won't accept any more that that, unless it was suspended for 2 years or something.

What happens if we lose in court?
We lose in court.
But we stood up for what we believe

Before taking any legal action a company weighs up the risk factors and takes it from there, the opponent also does the same thing if the opponent thinks they will lose they settle out of court it's cheaper that way

Have you got any kind of a background in Law mate?

No, I just doubt UEFA are stupid enough to action these level of sanctions without knowing precisely where they stand legally (although, I wouldn't put it past down).

Again, it shouldn't be near £50 million, and it shouldn't be near the same level as PSG. The squad reduction would be more than adequate.
