City fined over £2m by PL | Sanction agreed for 22 breaches relating to ko delays

What is the time scale of the lateness 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, it used to be a bell ringing in the changing room that signalled the teams, I think this is nonsense and just a target punishment,

It also says we won the case against the Premier League

Just think back for a minute at all the shit that has been thrown at our club over the last decade, from the media, opposition fans, pundits and youtube fuckers. Have you ever heard even one comment from any of them about us delaying kick off's.

As Kaldoon said, clear and organised.

The PL are digging a whole so big that the whole thing could collapse. I would love to see what punishments they have handed out for racist chanting at matches in the past.

Of course I am confident that over the coming weeks loads of other clubs will have similar charges.

Arsenal also getting a fine for late kick offs, primarily due to a new e-ticketing system that was put in place at the start of last season.

In light of the above, I think City should have the PL title stripped. It can't go to Arsenal as they are also guilty so the only fair thing to do would be to give it to the Dippers.....
You be tripping :)

actually, having now read the article this is just a hack job to taint the club again.
we got constantly fined throughout the seasons for the late kickoffs starting with warnings and small fines then going up to larger fines. So all that's fine, I reckon other clubs would have the same fines as well. What is different though is some knob at the BBC (most likely stone) has asked for the data and then decided to scandalise it for clicks

Well well well.

City charged reads the headlines.

Late kick off? What’s next?

Lights too bright?

wrong shirt colour?

Wrong owners? Oh that right we already are fighting that racist charge.

2 million for The plastic rag manufacturer to plug the roof at the theatre of crap.

They are not out to get us; promise -:)

The nasty games are well and truly on.

It does feel like someone is losing the battle to keep city from winning.

One thing I would say is that while I cant remember a specific instance where I though we were delaying a kick off, I can absolutley recall times where the teams are lined up ready to go and have had to stand around until the ref gets the nod from the TV companies to start the game.
