City football shirts everywhere

The Gallagher brothers were spreading City globally long before the takeover.
True.
Back in 97 as a FOC (66 tomorrow) I discovered City inside a What's the story... learn to play guitar software, that no longer works on present day computers. It was an extra consisting of a small animated video of the brothers watching on the telly a 2-2 against the scum.

Been in Quebec province Canada for a few weeks. Plenty Spanish Rags, a few Barca and Tarquins and several City. Not one Dipper or Rag spotted.

My missus has relatives in Norway, when we won the league the first time i couldn't believe that their kids over there had become City fans because of it. Then some more of her relatives came to England to visit earlier this summer, and they had also become City fans because of Haaland.

I was in Paris last week and there were a few City shirts dotted around there as well.

I remember going to Tunisia in 2014 and looking to buy a fake City shirt, but they had none anywhere of any quality. When i asked the guy, he just laughed and said City were a small club and would never be big enough to have shirts being sold there. It was hot and tiring in the sun and that got the better of me, so i told him he would be begging to order City shirts due to demand in future because we were gonna take over. Who's laughing now you stupid **** (assume he obviously reads this forum).
I'm sure he does. You sure told him.

As an aside.

Did none of you as kids, get another teams top, just because you liked it? Didn't support them. Just liked the top. No?

I never did that, not that I didn't like any, but because we lived in a skip, no lid, we couldn't afford them. But. I would have loved a few. Would never mean I supported them.

I saw a bloke wearing a St. Marks shirt on Shoreham train station earlier today!

A bonanza on Monday in Lytham with five blue shirts, one hat, one Fleetwood shirt, and a random Palace shirt. Not a single MUFC shirt or even LFC. Today in Seahouses, dozens of NUFC, two City shirts, one random Barca. No LFC or MUFC. The tide is turning.
