What do you Lech fans think about Kazi Deyna, and who are your biggest rivals?

In short:
Friends: Arka Gdynia, Cracovia Kraków, KSZO Ostrowiec
Rivals: Legia Warszawa ( this club we hate the most ) Wisła Kraków, Śląsk Wrocław, Pogoń Szczecin, Lechia Gdańsk .... and few more clubs ;)

Kazimierz Deyna was a graat player but he was playing for Legia Warszawa so what can I say ... he isn't "my favourite" player from that period of time ;)

Thanks for the info Bulgarska, just one thing though, there is`nt any kind of timetable on any of the sites, got this idea in my head about hanging around the airport until midnight have a drink and a snooze then get one of these buses in the early hours of the morning, saves me a nights accommodation in Berlin and gives me more time in Poznan, as much as I love Germany I think Poland will be a more interesting and memorable experiance.

well said, give him vodka :D

I read reviews/opinions about these buses, the driver is waiting right at the exit from the terminal, there were no problems and the customer set the arrival / departure.

Hi Bulgarska, heard the same about the buses from a workmate (polish) but wanted a second opinion, I guess planes will arrive at various times during the night at Berlin full of Polish wanting to get the bus, so I`ll check arrivals and look for an early morning one to coincide with the bus. At the moment i`m looking at staying at the `Orbis polonez` not far from the square (I think) have you any suggestions for city fans to look at ?

Any other Blues flying over Tues 2nd nov (land 20-45) to Schoenfeld ?

Hi DortmundDummy

Opinions About Hotel Polonez are negative, small rooms and bathrooms, cold rooms, a specific "smell", this hotel has the best years already behind him, the only positive is the location and price. A lot of City Fans ask me about Ikar and Ibis Poznań Centrum, few ask about Rezydencja Solei, so maybe try to book there.

Look at these hotels: 2 bed room: 60-70 euro/ night

5 of us in Novotel Poznan on the Thursday night. Stayed in Novotels in Cologne/Manchester/Sheffield, they are spot on.
£55 for a double/twin room incl breakfast. Can't go wrong.

Hotel near the railway station, Some of rooms have a window view of the track trains but no one complains about the noise or something like that. I don't see negative reviews, for this price - no luxury but no one complains, so it should be good ;) 10 minutes by taxi to the stadium or 15 minutes by tram. Hotel is near the Center, You can walk ( Swiety Marcin Street ) or go few stops by tram to the Old Market.

Good choice, I thought that the rooms are more expensive at this hotel.

We're doing the Liverpool to Berlin on weds. Night in Berlin then the Poznan 'football special' Thursday, can't wait should be a great couple of days.
Would recommend anyone doing this route to book the train as I think you have to have a reservation and may not be able to just turn up and pay on the day.
