Hi Wigan blue you`ll be relieved to know that `Julie` is not coming to Poznan, so my beer intake will be drastically reduced ;) ......Abu Dhabi on tour ;)

Alreet mate, PM or ring me if you need 1/2 tickets, the other Wigan Blues could assist.
Thanks, I may need your help, btw I am staying very close to your hotel near the `square` be great to meet up. speak soon Pal cheers.

Living abroad at the moment so no loyalty points this year. I phoned COMS and complained that by the time the tickets go on open sale, it would be too late to get them posted to me.

Apparently they say I should be able to get the tickets dropped off at the stadium to be picked up before the match.<br /><br />-- Sat Oct 16, 2010 11:33 am --<br /><br />

in Poznan Wednesday to Friday. Anybody know of any arrangements for coaches from Poznan to ground return?

Just noticed this post.

One way of getting from the Old Market Square (Stary Rynek) to the ground is using Tram No 13 from just south of the square. You can buy a tram ticket from any kiosk (Ruch).

<a class="postlink" href="http://poznan-map.greatpoland.eu/index.php/m/1010/w/2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://poznan-map.greatpoland.eu/index.php/m/1010/w/2</a>

Alternatively you can walk to the main station (Poznan Glowny) and catch Tram Nos 6, 13 or 15 from nearby. They go down Grunwaldska Street (ulica Grunwaldska) straight to Lech Poznan's stadium.

<a class="postlink" href="http://poznan-map.greatpoland.eu/index.php/m/1009/w/2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://poznan-map.greatpoland.eu/index.php/m/1009/w/2</a>

These trams run every fifteen minutes.

Bus No 63 also goes to the stadium. You use the same tickets whether you travel by tram or bus.

Just been for Poznan away tickets.

When asked, the girl who served us said we've only been allocated 600 tickets.

However she then checked by asking a lad working there and he said 1800 tickets.

So take your pick, not sure which info is right, but I'd have thought that even 1800 is probably not enough

Saltzburg got 600.

Anyone got prices for taxi from airport to centre?

The price for a taxi should be about 14zl, so about £4. See the Poznan airport section in the attached link.
