An attempt to use our brand to raise awareness of theirs - the logo is a blatant rip-off. The fact that it's on an Adidas strip and the Adidas logo appears next to it on their socials, won't have gone down well with us nor with puma, I'd imagine. I'd think it's an attempt to gain attention and who knows, maybe a buyout.

With the way we are expanding there is every chance we could invest in a club in the country in the future. I suspect its
a case of protecting that potential future investment. We would want to establish a brand there and if we don't speak up now what if thos Chilean club were tp speak up and claim that they have had this look for xyz years now because we didn't complain when it was brought to our attention. It could affect that rebrand which would be frustrating given we're trying to get this uniformed style in place.
