City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

I thought the PL had won the case and just a few minor tweaks were needed to make the database more transparent. Does this mean the press release Masters signed off was pure fiction as City's legal team have suggested? Do you think the BBC should now ask their fact-checkers to examine the totally false story they ran about the result of the APT hearing?
Maybe Master's is pulling the PL version of a clarkie?!!!!!!

It does seem like the majority of us thought that we did indeed win or at the very least knock them on their arse and they're now staggering around in a daze.

Having maintained a relative silence for so long on these matters, it’s nice to see us briefing the press more now and helping to set the narrative. Matt Lawton and Mike Keegan seem to be the journalists of choice from our side.
I think it is very significant that both the Mail and the Times are finally getting stuck into the story. The skullduggery which has happened over the last ten years invoving senior people at LFC, MUFC, AFC, and Spurs is very newsworthy. Both the Mail and especially the Times know who has been leaking stories and trying to smear City's reputation. But they didn't swallow the recent negative briefing put out to the BBC and Tariq Panja. The knew it was bollocks and didn't want to make themselves look stupid.
