Might be a stupid question but why do we think that nobody has whistleblown? Simply because nothing has come out in major news about that?

Could it not be that the PL have that whistleblower as part of their case?

We'd know about it by now and would be taking action to mitigate.

Great post. Does make me question why we voted for the shareholder loans being exempt recommendation though. Either at the time we thought other reasons were more likely for the rules to be considered unlawful, or that’s some proper 3d chess going on!

Yes, I’d say you’re right, but I don’t think it can be ruled out.

True, but I feel it could be a waste of goodwill from erstwhile allies if it would fail. Better to keep someone in position who nobody really likes, and rally support against important votes (APT amendments), than Masters be replaced with someone competent.

It would have leaked. Plus both sides have a good idea of each other’s evidence by now. No chance of a smoking gun. We would know.
