City launch legal action against the Premier League | City win APT case (pg901)

it all depends on whats in the changes.

we say wait until the outcome of the tribunal, but maybe the new rules take that into account.

i await our resident expert analysis of the new rules to help me understand what exactly has been voted in.

It doesn't matter what's in the changes.

The PL's position is that they can fix the APT rules by making a few changes.

The club's position is that the existing rules are null and void and a complete new set of rules needs approving.

Until that is settled by the tribunal this is going nowhere, I think.

Was it 16-4, or did some clubs abstain?
Let's not forget that Everton and Wolves were effectively told to vote for the changes because of shareholder loans and PSR concerns. And they call us corrupt. Pot, kettle and black are three words to describe the PL's actions. Again bullying from the red cartel and it's arsewipe Spurs in action.

I'd hardly call it a defeat if City go on to successfully challenge them again. Fucking stupid slap-headed ****!

Yup, the last vote didn’t go in City’s favour. We can still go round in the circle of challenging the legality of the amendments and making them look stupid again. Masters should have resigned when their rule book was deemed illegal, if this goes to another successful challenge his role is untenable and that’s before we’ve even got to the 115 hearing.
