It will be. The premier league have to produce the rule handbook before the season starts. When it does and if all the ATP is removed we'll know what's happened

Judging by last season's date its due I guess they could release it and amend when necessary, unless they are awaiting on the verdict of the arbitration or a possible appeal or ?
