City launch legal action against the Premier League

Yet again proof of a polluted process. PL clubs agree to use arbitration instead of resorting to commercial courts. However confidentiality is supposed to be fundamental to the process. Even if we've won wtf has briefed the Times ?. If its not us then either the PL or the Arbritation Panel itself have leaked it. I hope we have grounds to demand answers.

Surely if it has been leaked, and Ziegler knows the outcome, we’ll see the full story in the media tomorrow?

You don’t just leak a scoop like that and not follow it up with a full editorial.

These things don't get leaked. To have a leak calls into question the integrity of it all. Just chancers taking a punt. Remember everybody was "leaking" uefa had won when we got cleared by CAS.
What a ridiculous post. This is Ziegler, the man who gets all the leaks relating to our cases, or have you forgotten that?

Can't remember her name but one of the Arsenal leadership team is married to someone at the Times.
Rumours it's coming from that direction.

Some success and some failure, what does that mean? Surely if we’ve had success, the rules were found to be illegal and have now been abolished. If they haven’t, then it’s not a success.
Associated parties not fine, the league's voting structure fine would be the obvious interpretation. 2/3rds to pass a motion seems a pretty standard for a private entity to organize its business.
