City launch legal action against the Premier League

The mood music in various media organisations reports over the last couple of weeks on the case City have brought MAY result in PL rules having to be rewritten as a result - and the clubs may have to vote on any new rules that replace them.
All we we actually know is the mediah think tribuneral will report back in the next week and a half - reported in the Times and Independent and the mood music from experts in completion law is our case has merit.. Yet, we may never know the result of the tribunal - though many clubs are so leaky that is unlikely.
If the rules change to become more balanced with respect to ANY investment then we know we will have won.

The longer this goes on with no news the better, I think. The longer it takes, the more complex the deliberations of the club's case which means there are serious issues with the rules.

Edit: Or not. What do I know?

The red cartel clubs have literally spent fuck all this summer . Look at this how you like but imho it says a lot about the impending outcome ………..
