City launch legal action against the Premier League

From what I've heard, the results of this one won't be made public, and the only way to tell if City are successful is if they immediately change the rules back to what it was before.

There is no requirement to publish the result, but if City were successful at all then surely the PL would have to tell clubs which parts of which rules could no longer be applied? They can't enforce rules found to have been illegal or allow clubs to think rules that have been found illegal are still operating, surely?

If there was notification to the clubs, it would have been leaked already imho.

so Ziegler had a lie we find out the result in two weeks like 5/6 weeks ago, now he changed it to until end of this month.

it must be quite positive imo for us if they keep delaying it. if it was a total loss for us, it would be shouted from the rooftops already alongside "the soul of the game saved ", "romantic win front of the panel", "big loss for expensive City lawyers".

doubt we see anything positive out in the news before the Arse game. not even sure Ziegler sources are reliable too much of the timeline.

Hearing was completed in June, waiting for news about the verdict.

No news so far means either the arbitrators haven't reached a verdict yet, a verdict has been reached but the PL hasn't communicated it yet or the verdict has been communicated but no-one has leaked it. In order of diminishing likelihood, imo.
Or a verdict has been reached and the PL have had to buy a new calculator with more zeroes on it in order to work out our compensation.
