City launch legal action against the Premier League

I wouldn’t trust what the media are saying, they’ve been trying to sell Bruno and Isak on since January. I believe both will be at Newcastle next season. As far as FFP goes we’re sailing close to the limit but don’t think we’ve went over. My guess is as good as all the media guesstimates including Sky Sports.
Welcome (further) to the world of City in the eyes of the media.
Aguero was going to Madrid every year for 10 years.
Haaland is the new ‘off to Madrid’.

They’ll link all your best players as leaving to ‘bigger’ clubs… though with Bruno it is, according to tolmie ;-)

The current sustainability rules are harming the Premier league because with the constraints clubs have to work to means there will be no more superstars coming to the Premier league , we signed a superstar in Haaland when he turned down Real. But Mbappe has gone to Real with a near £100m signing on inducement , there will be a drain of talent because Premier league clubs will not be able or allowed to pay the fees and wages required to attract the very best.
The Geordies have all the money in the world but they have to sell one of Bruno or Izak to meet the new finanicial limits , Chelsea have also been mentioned they have been trying to sell Gallagher , the Premier league are damaging their own product at the behest of the Rags & Dippers , it suits their Yank owners becasue they do not want to invest in their clubs , quite the opposite they want a nice chunk of any profits.
Yep, literally throttling their selves to death to stop us. All these clubs are suffering now, serves them right. Fuck em.

The Connor Gallagher situation, regardless of opinions about him as a player, is everything that's wrong about the current Premier League rules.

Clubs used to try build their teams around players that came through their academies. Now they're the players they're having to sell them to comply with some nonsensical rule. No genuine football fan can think that's right.

Completely missed this yesterday

You missed it because the press aren't arsed. That's City and they are milking every bit of outrage they can get from it, sensationalism galore. "Misleading? Don't care, we must make sure people see this as an attack on football itself, that could destroy the PL and harm the 72 league football clubs. This is an act of Terrorism... Oops err WAR I mean war.. Civil war"

The gloves are off , its us against the world , circle the wagons , and f*ck every last one of our detractors , let's all thoroughly enjoy the football Pep and the club provide every season , if we let the c*nts grind us down they have won.
Let's concentrate on the football get behind the lads like we did when we were in the third tier of football , if they think a few legalities , charges , headlines will diminish our support they have chose the wrong club and the wrong fans.

This Churchillian post was written after a few too many brandy's :)
