charging £8 for one of the 'manicni' scarves is a joke

baring in mind 45,000 were gievn out for free...and then the same ones were sold at a much lower price since then £8 is a completely over the top price

fortunately i still have mine from the united game, but judging by the response on facebook plenty of people will be buying them

"City Let Themselves Down" Hahahahahaha

Could you be any more melodramatic?

I've got a really good idea if you think it's too expensive:

Don't buy one.

Much more effective than slagging off the club when things are better than they've been for decades.

its only my opinion...and i wont be buying one!

yes the title is probably over the top...but again, just refects how i feel about this

however it does seem i am wrong from the vast majority of replies, and that £8 is a good price for a scarf
so i'll admit i may have overreacted a little!

only just joined this site after months of looking, but some people dont stop moaning, if £8 is to much then dont buy one,,,,, simples,,,,

thats a bit harsh from someone i've never met...

if you reread it i have said i still have my old one so why would i need to buy another one?

Yep you completely went OTT.

It's ridiculous. Why so many people feel the need to buy one just because of Mancini I don't know. Had one of the free ones and bought one in the days of the £3 scarf. It has always been a nice scarf.
I'll now unfortunately get accused of being one of the Mancini trend followers despite wearing it for a while.
Like has been said you don't like the price don't buy it. But certainly don't whinge that you've been priced out in some way when you had plenty of opportunity to get one.

Should have put a ;) at the end of it, was meant in a lighthearted way.

Why didn't you get one when they were £3? Or when they were free?

If you think £8 is expensive for a scarf you're clearly a Primark / Matalan customer, and so your view of the price of fashion wear is pretty much irrelevant.

I think a single sock of mine would cost £8!
