I went to City live tonight and at first I was worried that it would be very cringeworthy. It was far from. City have set the standard once again in terms of fan interaction. It's a shame that some fans didn't look past the ticket price.

Jason Manford was fantastic (I'm not a great fan but he changed his normal script and was very funny)

Seeing all the players on stage and their reaction to the standing ovation they got was priceless. OK so they get it every other week at the Etihad but seeing them up close and personal gave the event a very intimate feel.

Overall it was a great event, something which I can see City doing every year... I wont be surprised if other clubs follow suit and start doing their own launch parties!

Went tonight, overall a good night, I don't drink so the beer prices didn't affect me. We went for a meal first and got there about 10 to 7, was surprised to see people queuing as it was supposed to open at 6, but it didn't open till 7. Went to our supposed seats, and found someone in our place, checked tickets and found we had the same places, however I use a small scooter and the other guy had a big scooter. Aparently people behind him had complagned and he got moved. Didn't start on time but what does. Liked the player awards, Zabba was great, he should be made an honury mancunian. Loved Jason Manford.

The quiz was a bit of a fiasco as 3 out 4 of the people didn't know anything, grats to the guy who won, holiday to Oz. Pellegrini was good, remiinded m of Leonard Cohen, way he talks, his English is pretty good Player introductions were good, the new guys got a good welcome. Didn't stay for Miles Kane, would have done if it had been Noel G.
