City Matters - New Reps Required. Voting now open till 4/9

So it’s not just me and @Eccles Blue

Looks that way.

It was just a list of names, nothing else unless I missed something?

If what we did was replicated by other voters the person or persons at the bottom of the list are at a disadvantage.

There should have been a brief deaxeiption when clicking on each name of what each candidate has to offer if they were picked as the CM Rep.

If super intelligent dudes like us managed to vote randomly I think the result may be a tad, er, random.
The electoral commission must be informed.
I fear a Russian conspiracy and dodgy data is involved.

Credit to all these candidates for applying. I appreciate them going out of their way to act on behalf of us fans.

I do have to say I'm quite disappointed with the shortlist for Seasoncard holders rep. As a 28-year-old in the South Stand, I don't think there's anyone in there who would represent my views. I've gone for Terence Fletcher as he seems most aligned to my thoughts but would have liked to see a younger fan given the chance.
Came here to say this. Don’t think there’s an obvious choice for the younger demographic.

There is already an U-25 Rep, plus a Young Families one, but I agree the age demographic seems to be at the older end of the spectrum. We don't know whether that was typical of the applicants, possibly because over-65's were targeted for specific communications and therefore were over-represented in the application process, or how they were shortlisted by the club.

One problem is that the role requires a fair bit of commitment. The full meetings are every 4-6 weeks, from 6-8:30 and we'll generally try to get sub-group meetings (and a rep might be on two of those) arranged to tie in with the full meetings. So that'll be 4-6 or something or they could be earlier. I've gone in for individual meetings, where there have been retail issues or something and there was one day I was there from midday till 9pm.

I was lucky that I wasn't working for part of my tenure and that my current job gives me sufficient flexibility but not everyone could do that.

Fair play mate. Also didn’t realise there was an U25s rep.

With the insight around times, etc., can definitely see it being more suited to those with more time to spare for the cause.

I forgot to add reps' meetings, plus I cancel all my social engagements around renewal time, when the shit generally hits the fan!

I've read the candidates resumes, does anyone on here know any of them to give any insight, before I go into the ballot box. :-)
