the only thing i have with this is that I hope that the working class people who actually live in the area can afford the houses. and its not just ridiculously high prices that are than bought by rich middle class people. They need to be affordable

is it social housing being built ???

How many people actually live in that area now? Last time I got a taxi to the Etihad from Piccadilly station it went via the back route through that area north of Ashton New Road and it seemed to be mainly derelict brownfield land and some small industrial units.

I dont know exactly, but there are quite a lot of houses in around the area with people in them, I just want them not to be pushed out ( like at anfield) keep the houses affordable as most of the people living in east manchester are working class people.

I don't think you can build any new development theses days without provision of affordable homes and/or social housing, I might be wrong, but I thought the figure was about 25% of the total.

Manchester Dan has dropped the bomb...
At the time of me writing this there has not been a single response to it on Red Cafe,
I guess there is not a lot they can say?
It'll take them time to dig up some negatives from that story, although be assured they will.

It had to happen eventually.

Northern Manchester?

Dubai ghetto?

;-)

Still no reply or post after the Manchester Dan atom bomb.

What if I posted my next set of training academy, bridge, and south stand expansion pictures on there, ;-)

Hoping to do a new update this weekend. Weather doesn't look too bad. Last set was taken 4 weeks ago.

I would love to know the opinion of you guys on football owners since your team is in a special situation. I didn't know where to post it, so I thought it would fit here. I'm currently working on my master thesis. I want to measure the effects of ownership models on the loyalty of football fans.

It will take 5 minutes of your time. I got the feeling this is a topic that concerns a lot of fans. So I would love to collect a few opinions on the matter as well.

Bugger. Am going to have to find somewhere else to park my car on match day.

This is confirmation that Sheikh Mansour actually cares about the community of East Manchester and not just pays lip service to it, to all those jealous fuckers who try to justify that we just buy success, well we also buy houses for real people to
