City reach Romelo Lakuku agreement?? {merged}

Re: Romelo Lukaku (Youngster)

Anderlecht revealed that past summer an English club offered €20 milion for Lukaku.

Was probably Chelsea.
Anyway, Romelu leaves Belgium this summer, that's certain. But I doubt Anderlecht will fetch € 20 milion or Romelu has to step up his current game.

Tottenham had a 17m bid rejected. Apparently.

Or in the League - 5 goals, 3 assists in 10 games.

Re: Romelo Lukaku (Youngster)

After a rough start to the season (some games he was really terrible), he now looks to be back on track.
Lukaku's favorite player is Drogba and his favorite club by a mile is Chelsea. In fact he has said in the press that last season when he was with the national team Vincent Kompany (they get along really well apparently) gave him his phone and it was Drogba, who wanted to speak to him.
Lukaku also has his own TV show now on Flemish TV (he's definitely not afraid of some attention), 'De school van Lukaku' (Lukaku's school). Last week I was watching it for a bit and his class went to London, where they also visited Stamford Bridge. When he was staring at the pitch his teacher said his dream will maybe one day come true. Then he told the teacher to mark his words that he WILL play for Chelsea sooner rather than later.
Later on there was a scene where Lukaku was sat in a Chelsea top in Chelsea's press room, with two classmates next to him, who were acting like they were presenting Chelsea's new number 9 to the press. Lukaku ended the scene by saying how delighted he was to be joining the club of his heart.
So it looks like he has his mind made up.

The English press was apparently also aware of his little trip to Stamford Bridge:
