I' sure it' been asked but why bother
All gone very quiet since Howard Bernstein's appointment. That was about 6 months ago. He was appointed by the City Football Group so surely whatever he's working on, or consulting on, relates directly to City rather than the wider ADUG housing portfolio in Manchester? I hope so. His appointment is the only hard news we have suggesting something is bubbling away in the backgroundWell, if City made those corner seats £299 season tickets, or whatever the new cheapest price is, I'm sure City fans would snap them up.
It would probably take the Etihad capacity to roughly 56,000?
The corners could probably be filled in, with more seats added.
DiscomSteve would know for sure if it could be done.
The proposed 2 giant screen have never been installed.
Can’t do the corners yet due to the wires for the east and west roof come through that section. The south stand 3rd tier is as wide as it can be for now. When then east and west stand roofs are replaced. (They are absolutely fucked by the way - rotten timbers inside) they can do it.
Right.
Timbers. Really?
