Just booked our hotel were staying at the Steigenberger Dortmund hotel facing the stadium, only £20 person, 4 star hotel and its only 2.5km from the town centre! I looked everywhere for a cheap and cheerful deal and it spat this out, a bargain! Get on it blues!

Where did you see this for £20, can only get ot for about £40

Me and my 2 sons are staying in the Konigshof Garni right in the middle of Dortmund and they are putting an extra bed in our room,cheap as well.

Is it possible to order tickets from outside Germany?

Ticket orders will be shipped only within Germany. Please note , that any ticket orders from outside Germany will not be sent. We will deposit those tickets on the matchday at the stadium . You will receive the tickets at counter north ( Strobelallee ) on presentation of the invoice number and your photo identification. For further information please contact our online support by email kundenservice-bvb@eventim.de or call 0049 1805 - 51 min 53 04 (0,14 € /. , within German landline network, mobile rates German max. € 0.42 / min.) .

So it actually states if you order from outside Germany then the tickets will be available for collection.

Plus I count about 20,000 tickets available
There are no tickets available behind the goal so I assume they will be ours, but we really need to know when they will be onsale.

Which area is provided for guests fans?

For the fans the score blocks north of the grandstand and the Northeast Corner are provided. Tickets for the away section , you can ask the respective host club. The reservation on the BVB online ticket is not possible.

if you ring supporter services and get jade on the phone hang up immediatly and redial!!!!!!!!

i have been haunting the ticket office to try n find out info as our trips been booked for weeks, the other day i had the misfortune of speaking to jade on the phone who was rather abrupt and quick to point out that city are not playing anybody called DORTLUND and the only german team that city are due to play will be sporting lisbon in new york!!!! upon hearing this rather entertaining news i thanked her for her help and hung up and began ramming my head into the nearest brick wall!!!

if i get a ticket great, if i dont ill just get even more rinsed!!!

strangely enough we were already holidaying in the Black Forest, so we (myself and my Geordie missus) will be making the drive up the Autobahn to Dortmund to support the blues - it will be her first City match too - oh and can I say, Newcastle corporate bloody ripoff - just booked 2 places for boxing day at £250 each!!!!!!
