Manchester City strike it Riech with PSV sensation

Manchester City are ready to snap up top Dutch starlet Riechedly Bazoer - rated the best teenage centre half in Holland.
City have beaten off Europe's leading clubs in the race for the PSV Eindhoven kid, who is set to join them when he turns 16 in October.
Super-rich City will pay PSV for Bazoer, who is in Holland's youth team at the age of 15 - and is already a strapping six-footer.
The swoop is part of City's commitment to grab the best young emerging talent, after People Sport revealed they were also poised to capture Spanish sensation Jose Angel Pozo from Real Madrid.

Never heard of him till now, anybody have any idea how good he is?
Seems City have got him the same way as they did with Jose Angel Pozo from Real Madrid..

Never heard of him but would not doubt he is a great talent as Holland produce so many. A bit younger than his fellow Dutchman Rekik, could they play together for club and country in future? :O

Has Pozo played any games yet? How is that top youngster from Benfica (I think) that came last year getting on?

Ronny scored two in a game for the U16s not so long ago but it's so hard to find any info on the U16 side, might be deliberate to not put too much attention on the young lads. We also have a Brazilian in the U16 side I think who is supposed to be good.

Pozo can't officially sign for us till he turns 16 which is on the 15th of this month so not too far off.

Pozo is a striker, Bazoer is a defender. Tons of kids get released at this age because it is when scholarships are signed. We only retained around 4 local boys in November. From MCFC Reserves & Academy site:

City's current squad of under 16's were informed of their fate last week, we have been told only a small minority of the players were offered scholarships namely Angus Gunn, Ashley Smith Brown, Jack Byrne and James Horsefield, with a couple of others having to wait until January to know their fate

We've also signed a Welsh schoolboy called Sam Jones who played for Cardiff and is a defender.

I think we are only going to officially sign both of them in October..
Edit: By both of them, I mean Pozo and this Bazoer.. don't recollect any other players we have pre-signed similarly..

Few Mancs will have the chance to play for city. Perhaps one per generation.
