We don't move the ball quick enough, even when Boro started to play we moved slowly up the pitch and allowed them to get in that compact shape they had in their box.

It is alarming that when the ball does break our back four gets out numbered. We got lucky with Downing's poor decision making. I noticed a huge gap that can be exploited when Stones comes to challenge the ball behind him on numerous occasions.

I don't think we will win this league as we don't have consistency to do it. 6 points dropped at home in 3 games is not title winning form.

It could of easily been 3 or 4 at half time there keeper kept them in it i just wish some one would shoot from outside the box more we always seem like we looking to walk it in the second goal would of killed the game off

In second half Boro was coming/running trough our midfield like hot knife cuts trough butter. There wasnt nearly any pressing and trackback from KDB, Silva, Kun and even Gundogan went missing in his defensive duties. Fernandinho looked pretty alone a lot of times against 3-4 Boro players running.

Boro had a few chances to score in 2nd half even if it wasnt shots we needed at least two huge last second clearences one from Stones, one from Kolarov that was about just find a Boro player close to the goal in a huge chance.

Its a shame we cant score enough from our chances, I liked that at least we tried some long shots finally, Kolarov, KDB and Fernandinho together tried 5-6 times imo, one was on target probably but we didnt try to walk it in at least. Silva had two good chances to try a long shot but he rarely opts for it.

We played WHU, Bournemouth, Everton, Soton, Boro and that awful Sunderland at home so far. Only Everton makes top10 end of the season out of these or maybe Soton too. None of them will make top 6 tho we are yet to play the real stronger teams.

We have a big squad and they all need to play. After a huge game in the Champion's league imho we could have started with Garcia Maffeo, Sane, Nolito, Nacho, Kompany. Give them game time, fresh legs and hunger for future starts. It easy in hindsight but surely we couldn't have done any worse.
