Under David's arm pit is Luiz's foot which is level with David's furthest forward goalscoring body part.

An arm cannot be offside.

Plus the linesman doesn't see the incident as a still like this. Very difficult for the linesman to get it right when it's that close but when in doubt the benefit should go to the attacking side anyway.
This absolutely sums it up.

Thank you for a great day City. I hope everyone is feeling a little hoarse today.

This is the second with 1920x1080 resolution for the blind amongst us :)
I will get one for the third since some want clarification.

Navas on Ivanovic

Can you clear something up for me?

Towards the end of the game at 2-0, Negredo raced upfield one on one with a Chelsea defender, the ball broke and Navas picked it up and there was a coming together with Ivanovic I think. It looked like a shoulder to shoulder, and Navas won the challenge, and was about to run into the box when the linesman flagged.

ITV highlights did not show it, but was the linesman right? Was their a foul?

Eh? This absolutely couldn't have gone in the post match thread? Unless off course it's some kind of parody thread!

No, it wasn't a foul and it was a clear goal scoring chance. Sad twat that I am, I watched the whole 90 when everyone had gone to bed last night. They didn't even show a replay!

No ridiculous decision. However Navas went ballistic and could have received a yellow card for booting the ball away. Even if decisions are wrong we must maintain our discipline.

Re: Navas on Ivanovic
