Bravo- 5
Otamendi- 4
Stones- 5
Kolarov- 6
Fernandinho- 6
Gundogan- 6
Sané- 7
Navas- 7
De Bruyne- 8
Silva- 8
Aguero- 4

Touré came on too late, Clichy on for Sané should never have happened, Fernando should've been on before the hour mark.

Performance not as bad as the scoreline looks. In fact I'd say we played the better football. Poor defending in places but that was as a result of leaving ourselves exposed to counter-attacks which Pep knew would happen but decided to take the risk anyway.

Navas and Sané must start against Leicester in my opinion. Aguero and Fernandinho red cards both deserved but Fabregas and Luiz both got away with sending offs of their own. Awful refereeing. Disappointed with many performances. The biggest comfort is that we've been good away from home this season, so three points against Leicester please, and let's hope Chelsea and Liverpool drop points.

Please West Ham, get something against Arsenal. We started the weekend in third and if we can end it in third then I'll live with it. We can and will get better. Liverpool are now missing their best player for a month, Arsenal are without Cazorla for three. We don't have Aguero now and honestly, I'd trust Sterling or Sané, or even Nolito up front over Iheanacho for the Leicester game because Nacho seems devoid of confidence.

I've defended Otamendi to the death but I can't defend his performance today. He let us down. Pep needs to go with 4-at-the-back because there has been a case of too many cooks in midfield recently.
Agree with some of that but you cant give Kev 8 after that miss.... and the one on one as well

Oh piss off. He didn't blame the ref even though he'd have every right to. He was fucking bent.

by saying he doesn't understand the refs....what else is he trying to say by that then????

He got it very very wrong today....either accept it or don't i don't really care but when people make excuses instead of looking at the causes then progress won't be made.....that was reminiscent of performances under Pellers. The defending was awful...now i don't expect him to say it in public but I really hope he is thinking it in private

Just read Phil Mc Numpty`s game review on the great BBC...... city were angry over the ref`s handling on Sergio at the end of the game. No mention of penalties or offences by our opposition during the game......We were robbed by a dodgy ref!

I am not expecting MOTD to do our club any favours tonight in giving a fair report of our game.

Yup that is our problem .The players not the system but we still play back 3 in games this magnitude .

It was OK for 60 minutes. Otamendi got his knickers twisted mote times than i can remember and every time
it left us short. So the back 3 everyone is moaning about was fine for ages. Just 1 player who cannot control
himself and still is spending too much time on the floor. That's my outlook anyway.

Everton, Southampton, Boro, Chelsea.

Should have won all 4. That's 9 points dropped at home in only 7 games.

It's that type of stat I thought we had seen the back of.

We are soft. We haven't had any steel since 2012.

We are too easy to score against.

He needs to decide on a system and stick to it , the three at the back leaves us wide open to the counter with no recovery speed in any of the back line

With four at the back our fullbacks are constantly costing us goals, although we probably look a bit more solid

We look like Keegans side at the moment but cannot finish our chances to put games to bed

thought so....so directly culpable for two goals......no surprise

watch what happens when he does that against the likes of Sanchez at arsenal or vs the dippers.....
Sick to fuckin death ov seeing otta's suicidal lunges, our defence is mid-table quality apart from stones, dont know how long it will be before pep hold his hands up regarding bravo? but its top of my xmas wish list letter to santa

Under Pellegrini we would control games at 1-0 but not create clear chances. Under Pep we are creating the chances but not taking them.

Can't decide yet wether we are just really unlucky or it's something more.

You can analyse the game all you want the bottom line is we didn't score with clear cut chances we made and its killing out home form.

Video of Fabregas throwing a punch then playing the victim is embarrassing. What an odious little shitbag.

No worries bit of a mix up :). I agree the team is softer now we could do with some characters like de Jong or Barry players that get stuck in.

It's cool man and Yep, we've never really replaced or improved on Barry/De Jong combo, Dinho covers one but Fernando and Javi Garcia have fallen short of the other. I'd just be happy to see the likes of Sterling, Silva, Gundogan be more like Fernandinho and just get stuck in. Hell even Stones needs to be more aggresive and determined. Gabriel Jesus is a give it all type though so happy to see him on board now. Oh apologies to Nolito, he is also a 100% guy albeit gets a bit too hot headed at times!

He didn't get it wrong. We were the better team and had the best chances. The set up and formation was perfect. His job is to get the players into the correct positions. He nailed that.

They should have had a man sent off and the ref missed two penalties.

So you're wrong. Deal with it.

It was an awful miss.

We score that and we control the game. We don't concede two or three on the break and we top the league.

Bravo is getting fucking pelters but it's KDB that cost us this game. And the ref.

Fully agree.

I do think Bravo and Otamendi are awful but all that would be forgiven if we would take our chances.

KDB at fault for that.

Two things. We are not scoring enough goals for the chances we create and we cannot defend for toffee. The defence needs sorting as a priority and I'm definitely in the Joe Hart camp. We also need at least one of our defenders to be quick as well as able (Maffeo?). As for the centre backs we need someone big, strong, quick and able. Kompany pre injuries would be perfect of course but that looks a non starter now so a.n. other it is. Even the much maligned Mangala kept Costa quieter than we did today. It seems to have been a long time since we won against a top four side.
